Gorgeous swirled glass snail pattern Brides Bowl with Victorian Silver Plate frame by Webster & Sons, New York circa 1886. Frame stands 11-3/4" high and decorated with grape leaf and cluster pattern at handles. Swirled pattern bowl is 9" diameter and 1-7/8" height.
